I’ve lost somebody

Hello. We know how tough losing someone can be so we're sorry you've had to find us. There's no quick fix but we promise it's possible to rediscover the good in life after loss. And we hope we can make things a little bit easier along the way.

We’ve tried to create something for everyone – whether you want to understand a bit more about grief, hear what other students have to say, come to an event or join a support group with others who can relate.

Other help

We’d recommend Cruse, a national charity that have lots of resources and a helpline/chat function, and Untangle who offer emotional, legal and practical guidance following a loss. Untangle can match you to a therapist if you’re looking for 1:1 support. We’d also recommend speaking to a tutor that you trust and having a look at your university’s wellbeing services.
