We’d recommend Cruse, a national charity that have lots of resources and a helpline/chat function, and Untangle who offer emotional, legal and practical guidance following a loss. Untangle can match you to a therapist if you’re looking for 1:1 support. We’d also recommend speaking to a tutor that you trust and having a look at your university’s wellbeing services.
